NOVEMBER 2019

Don't forget to reserve a spot for our dinner being held on Thursday, November 21st at 6:30pm at Cobb's Landing in Ft. Pierce.  You can find the reservation form here

SAVE THE DATE!  Our MEMBERS-ONLY holiday party will be held on Thursday, December 12th at 6:30pm at Cobb's Landing.  Accurate Serve is sponsoring a free drink ticket!  We will have finger foods, desserts and as always, we will have our White Elephant Gift Exchange!  Find the reservation flyer here

We are always looking for motivated and energetic members to volunteer for our Board, Committees and events.  Here are the positions we are still looking to fill for 2020:

*** PLEASE NOTE THAT IF WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELP WITH STUART LUNCHES, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO HOLD THEM and I know lots of you ladies like to get your CLE and enjoy the networking.

Stuart Lunch Chair:
This Committee Chair shall help discuss & decide on topics and speakers for our Stuart lunches.  They will have a direct line of communication with speakers. They will communicate with the restaurant to reserve the room and communicate lunch orders.  They will accept all lunch reservation forms, keep a detailed spreadsheet and checklist for ease with check-in on the day of the lunches.  They will meet at the restaurant location (currently set up at Berry Fresh Cafe), help with clean-up after the lunch as needed, collect money and provide payment to the restaurant.  They will then be required to get all monies collected to the Treasurer and provide feedback on the evaluations from the lunch.

Website/Public Relations Chair:
This Committee Chair shall coordinate the communications of our Chapter to the membership and to the general public through our website and on our Chapter Facebook page. They will keep events and all other information updated on a monthly basis or as provided by a Board member. Additionally, they shall have the duty of editing, approving and handling all material for publication pertaining to our Chapter, including all media presentation.

If you're interested in volunteering or need additional information, please contact me and I will be more than happy to assist you.

As always, I'd like to welcome all of our newest members and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you at an upcoming event!

Sincerely,
Kristen Remling, FRP
