We will be holding our annual Membership Drive from October 16, 2020 through November 16, 2020.  This means that any NON-MEMBERS who would like to join during this 30-day period, will not have to pay the $15 application fee.  (Normally $90 to join and $15 application fee = $105.00).  You will only pay the $90 to join and then $90 each year to renew.  Now is this time to join our Chapter!!

We still have the following positions open for 2021:

Stuart Lunch Chair:
This Committee Chair shall help discuss & decide on topics and speakers for our Stuart lunches.  They will have a direct line of communication with speakers. They will communicate with the restaurant to reserve the room and communicate lunch orders.  They will accept all lunch reservation forms, keep a detailed spreadsheet and checklist for ease with check-in on the day of the lunches.  They will meet at the restaurant location (currently set up at Berry Fresh Cafe), help with clean-up after the lunch as needed, collect money and provide payment to the restaurant.  They will then be required to get all monies collected to the Treasurer and provide feedback on the evaluations from the lunch.

Website/Public Relations Chair:
This Committee Chair shall coordinate the communications of our Chapter to the membership and to the general public through our website and on our Chapter Facebook page. They will keep events and all other information updated on a monthly basis or as provided by a Board member. Additionally, they shall have the duty of editing, approving and handling all material for publication pertaining to our Chapter, including all media presentation.

If you're interested in volunteering or need additional information, please contact me and I will be more than happy to assist you. We are always looking for motivated and energetic members to volunteer for our Board, Committees and events.

As always, I'd like to welcome all of our newest members and I look forward to meeting each and every one of you at an upcoming event!
